0 <br />,bra� 3 <br />RESOLUTION No. 2784 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE SILVER LAKE WOODS ACCOUNT <br />TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT <br />FOR THE 1989 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract for the 1989 <br />Street Mainte1ance Project on August 22nd, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to undertake the entire <br />project as proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, there is insufficient funds available in the Street <br />Department Construction account for the full project; and <br />WHEREAS, it is within the City Council's authority to <br />transfer funds as it deems necessary; <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $122,600 be transferred <br />W,-7 from the Silver Lake Woods account (649-4120-990) to the General <br />Fund Street Construction account (100-4270-705). <br />Adopted this 26th day of September, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />13 <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
