He explained the agenda session would <br />begin at City Hall at 6 PM, then the council would <br />be going in one vehicle to the Poseville Library for <br />the 7 PM meeting, and returning to City Hall, if <br />necessary, to complete their business. <br />Mayor Links adjourned the meeting at 10:09 PM. 23.
