Brick there <br />to make a Staff report and answer questions. <br />Mayor Linke advised the public hearing scheduled <br />for 7:05 PM had been cancelled due to improper <br />notice. <br />October 24, 1988 <br />Page Two <br />------------------ <br />C7 <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated Staff would <br />recommend an informational hearing be held at this <br />time, and the public hearing rescheduled to 7:05 PM <br />on November 14, as well as a public hearing for <br />7:10 PM on November 14, to consider the PUD Concept.Plan. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Rianchard to reschedule <br />the WeAlteration Permit, Wetland I-24 public <br />hearing to November 14 at 7:05 PM, and schedule a <br />public hearing for the PUD Concept Plan at 7:10 PM on <br />November 14. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Phillip Seipp, president of SYSCO/Continental, <br />explained they have over 220 employees in their <br />company, and they are very proud of their low turn- <br />over rate, and they also attribute the success cf <br />their company to their employees. <br />Mr. Seipp explained the site plan has evolved through <br />many discussions with City Staff and input from the <br />residents and the planning Commission. He added they <br />are willing to address all the issues presented. <br />Informational <br />Hearing: <br />Wetland Alter- <br />ation Permit, <br />Wetland I-24 <br />Motion Carried <br />Scott Kinkaid, of Ryan Construction, reviewed the <br />site plan and the changes made since the last presen- <br />tation. <br />Dick Koppie, of Westwood..Professonal drainaildilandscap- <br />viewed the site plan for grading, <br />inn and' traffic flaw. He explained they have been <br />requested to align their roadway with existing Xylite <br />Street, due to anticipated traffic flow, and that, <br />coupled with the location of the Williams Pipeline on <br />the property and constraints in building near that, <br />results in the encroachment on the wetland. He added <br />they are working with the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District, Department of Natural Resources, Army Corps <br />of Engineers, and City of Mounds View, In meeting the <br />Of <br />all <br />�h. nnvornino bodies. <br />Ron Peterson, a wildlife biologist, reviewed the <br />wetland mitigation package that has been developed, <br />and he reviewed the wetland <br />boundaries <br />dand <br />howrawing othey <br />were arrived at. He also presented <br />f how <br />the wetlands would be after development. Mr. Peterson <br />reviewed the issues the orinance requires to be addressed <br />and how they had approached <br />ra, <br />4 <br />
