This letter indicated the <br />Commission was terminating a Joint Use Sewer Rental Agreement with the <br />City of Fridley. The agreement dllows the ccnveyance of wastewater <br />originating in the City of Mounds View through a trunk sewer owned by <br />the City of Fridley. The Commission paid the City of Fridley an <br />annual rental fee of $2,972.00. <br />:.The rental agreement was terminated in adherence to policy adopted by <br />(,.:the Metropolitan Council on September 8, 1988. It is suggested the <br />communities or Fridley and Mounds view enter into a Joint Use <br />Agreement to continue this sanitary sewer service. <br />Very truly yours, <br />W/3� <br />R. A.
