The subject agreement allows the City of Mounds View to jointly use sanitary sewers in your city. A coot' of the Joint Use Rental Agreement and a description of the joint use sewers is enclosed with this letter for your information. The subject agreement was most recently renewed by the Commission on December 1, 1987 for the one year period extending from January 1, 1988 to January 1, 1989. Your community was then informed that the Metropolitan Council was proposing a change to its water Resource Managemsut Policy Plan to elimirate the rental agreement program. tom.
