H. 10 <br />Attached is a copy of the proposed agreement between Mn/DOT, <br />Ramsey County, and Mounds View regarding the upgrading of traffic <br />signals on T. If. 10 between Silver Lake Road and County Rcad 11. <br />The agreement, ccst split, and responsibilities are in accordance <br />with State statute and the previous agreements regarding these <br />signals. <br />I recommend approval of this agreement and adoption of the <br />attached resolution. <br />
