M <br />lights; (3) clean and paint the new traffic control signal, <br />cabinet and luminaire mast arm extensions. It shall be the <br />State's responsibility, at its cost and expense, to perform all <br />other new traffic control signal and street light maintenance. <br />9. The County shall provide an adequate electrical <br />power supply to the service pads or poles, and upon completion of <br />said revised traffic ccr.trol signals with street lights <br />installations (System "9", "C' and "F") shall provide necessary <br />electrical power for their operation at the cost and expense of <br />the County. <br />10. Upon completion of the work contemplated in <br />Pargraph 3b, 3c and 3e (Systems "B", "C", and "i") hereof, it <br />shall be the County's responsibility, at its cost and expense, L <br />to: (1) mainain the luminaires; (2) relamp the revised traffic <br />control signals and street lights; and (3) clean and paint the <br />revised traffic control signals, cabinets and luminaire mast arm <br />extensions. It shall be the Stzte's responsiblity, at its cost <br />and expense, to perform all other revised traffic control signal <br />and straec light maintenance. <br />11. The City shall provide an adequate electrical <br />power supply to the service pad or pole, and upon completior of <br />said revised traffic control signal with street lights <br />installation (System "D") shall provide necessary electrical <br />power for its operaticn at the cost and expense of the City. <br />12.
