Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied Hankner he did not know and would ask the Police Chief for statistics. Councilmember Hankner asked the status of the light on Woodlawn Drive. Clerk/administrator Pauley replied it had been ordered and confirmed. Pabi.iC works Director ralietor added he had checked on it about a month ago and it was on the list to be installed. Councilmember Hankner inquired on the policy of sidewalk clearing for snow. Public Works Director Minetor replied he is working cn a complete snow policy, and sidewalks will be a part of it. He added he would try to get the sidewalk portion to the Council as quickly as possible. Councilmember Hankner asked for an update of, the speed r limit by Pinewood School. Public Works Director Minetor replied he had received information from the State and would be presenting it to the Council at a future agenda session. flayor Linke had no report. Mayor Linke Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked the Council to set 17. Report of a meeting of the canvassing board for November 9. Clerk/Administra•• Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to set a meeting to of the canvassing board for 6 PM on November 9. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley requested Council approval of pay request 61 for Project 88-8. Mayor Linke pointed out the overlay was not matched well at the shoulders in some spots and could cause problems in the future. Public Works Director Minetor asked for a list of specific locations, which he would check into. Mayor Linke replied one location was Jackson and Terrace, and he would have to check on othe,: locations. Motion Carried
