Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied <br />Hankner <br />he did not know and would ask the Police Chief for <br />statistics. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked the status of the light <br />on Woodlawn Drive. <br />Clerk/administrator Pauley replied it had been ordered <br />and <br />confirmed. Pabi.iC works Director ralietor added <br />he had checked <br />on it about a month ago and it was on <br />the list to be installed. <br />Councilmember Hankner inquired on the policy of <br />sidewalk <br />clearing for snow. <br />Public Works Director Minetor replied he is working <br />cn a complete snow policy, and sidewalks will be a <br />part of it. He added he would try to get the sidewalk <br />portion to the <br />Council as quickly as possible. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked for an update of, the speed <br />r limit by Pinewood School. <br />Public Works Director Minetor replied he had received <br />information from <br />the State and would be presenting it <br />to the Council at a future agenda <br />session. <br />flayor Linke had no report. <br />Mayor Linke <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked the Council to set 17. Report of <br />a meeting of the canvassing board for November 9. <br />Clerk/Administra•• <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to set a meeting to <br />of the canvassing board for 6 PM on November 9. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley requested Council approval <br />of pay request 61 for Project 88-8. <br />Mayor Linke pointed out the overlay was not matched <br />well at the shoulders in some spots and could cause <br />problems in the future. <br />Public Works Director Minetor asked for a list of <br />specific locations, which he would check into. <br />Mayor Linke replied one location was Jackson and <br />Terrace, and he would have to check on othe,: <br />locations. <br />Motion Carried <br />
