RESOLUTION NO. 10089 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AWARDING A CONTRACT TO NORTHWEST ASPHALT FOR THE 2025 STREET <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in the process of rehabilitating streets that were not included <br /> in the 2007 Street Rehabilitation Plan.
