Owner agrees to pay any special assessments, water <br />charges or other service fees that may be or have been levied and <br />pay all such charges in advance of connecting to the Mounds View <br />water system. <br />2. The Owner shall pay the same user charges as residents <br />of the City of Mounds View and will be subject to and bound by <br />all Municipal ordinances governing water service to residents in <br />the City of Mounds View including but not limited to, those <br />regarding payment of bills, termination of water services, <br />SpCC]iAl u52C <br />fees and all other rules and regillatio*:e of the <br />municipality. agents and <br />3. Gwner agrees to allow the municipality, its a9 <br />employees, to enter upon the premises to perform reguiarly <br />scheduled maintenance and for emergency repairs. <br />4.
