Section 10.02, A. has a redundancy that needs to be <br />corrected. <br />Section 3.0.03, E. (1) - This paragraph is extremely <br />confusing in its current language and needs to be <br />clarified or rewritten. <br />On Tuesday, December 27th I received a letter from the <br />County Executive Director's Office inviting all Ramsey <br />County City Managers to a meeting of the Charter Commission <br />on the morning of Tuesday, January 3rd to discuss with the <br />Commission the issue of "County -wide Planning". The letter <br />did not contain any details regarding the issue to be <br />discussed so I am somewhat unclear as to what the plans of r- <br />the Charter Commission are with respect to County -wide <br />Planning. I will be attending this meeting and advising you <br />of what discussions occur at your meeting on the evening of <br />January 3rd in order that you may respond to this issue as <br />well. <br />DFP/MJS <br />
