Call to <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 12, 1988. Order <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Hankner, 3. Roll Call <br />Wuorii, Quick and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and City Planner Herman. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Blanchard to approve the 4. Approval of <br />November 28, 1988 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />November 28, <br />5 aves 0 nays 1988 <br />Motion Carried <br />Dennis Deissner, of Kraus Anderson Realty Ccipany, 5. Residents <br />presented the Council with an application tr rezone Reouests and <br />the Silver View Plaza from B-2 to B-3. He explained Comments from <br />they have` been before the Council many time before the Floor <br />for conditional use permits for various businesses <br />that have located in the plaza, and Lhey fuel B-3 is <br />a more appropriate zoning for the businesses there. <br />Public Works Director Minetor joined the meeting at <br />7:04 PM. <br />M::. Deissner explained they have a potential tenant <br />for the plaza, the Twin Cities Harley Davidson <br />distributorship, who would use 5,415 square feet of <br />showroom. They would be selling clothing and <br />accessories, and having a showroom only for motor- <br />cycles, but the motorcycles would be physically kept <br />for pickup at their Shakopee facility, and all repair <br />work would also be done in Shakopee. <br />
