We will meet for a planning session, most preferably for an <br />"overnight" retreat away from the office, to last two days. The items <br />I suggest we cover at this meeting are the results of my interviews <br />on the current status, goal -setting on what the group wants to <br />accomplish in the upcoming year (and criteria for success), and a <br />workplan from going where you are to where you want to be in a <br />year's time. Also, we will focus on developing a plan for the <br />"visioning/7.001" community process that we have discussed. This <br />should probably begin shortly thereafter, say, in late February, and <br />be completed by th-, end of the year. <br />I look forward to the opportunity of working with you and your <br />colleagues. Our rates are $2000/day plus expenses for travel and <br />materials. Whenever possible, I combine travel for clients so that <br />expenses can be reduced, or find other ways to save. I will be out of <br />the country until January 17, but if questions arise during that time, <br />please call Linda Maldonado or Teresa McMahon at our cffice. I will <br />talk with you when I return.
