Subject: Elections <br />Recommendation: Lift the penalty provision on election <br />filing officers for the failure of a candidate to comply <br />with financial reporting requirements or require all <br />candidates to file a statement of compliance. <br />(Consistent with LMC and AM11 policies.) <br />Staff will be present at the January 17th Agneda Session to discuss <br />our recommendations with you and any other- items you feel should be <br />added to the City's 1967 Legislative Program. <br />
