A general discussion <br />followed regarding the City's conversion <br />of police vehicles to propane and the <br />opinion of the City's police officers on <br />the quality of Chevrolet Caprice squad <br />cars. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the <br />purchase of. a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice squad <br />car from Thane -Hawkins Polar Chevrolet in <br />the amount of $12,849. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />City Planner Herman reported that the <br />City of Mound- View hid been approached <br />by a resident of ti:e City of New Brighton <br />residing on County Road H regarding the <br />provision of municipal water service by <br />the City of Mounds View to this property. <br />A preliminary agreement has been reached <br />with the property owner regarding the <br />City and property owner's obligations for <br />
