Permit <br />Motion Second: Quick Blanchard to <br />approve a Temporary Occupany Permit for <br />the Multi Tech Building. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner reviewed a request from <br />the Ramsey County Regional Rail Authority <br />for the appointment of a representative <br />ate' to an Advisory Panel to the Authority and <br />requested that the item be placed on the <br />January 9, 1989 Agenda for further <br />discussion.
