The plans include construction of a dike <br />to protect the lake from inflow of the Mississippi Raver up to a projected 15-year flood <br />elevation and the construction of a control structure including water level control Cnd a fish <br />screen barrier. Following completion of the control structure, the. DNR plans to kill the <br />esdsting rough fish population and restock the lake With game fish. The lake level will be <br />raised by approximately 1 foot, :which will create more shoreline.
