Limited Use of the Connection. The connection of <br />the Property to the water main owned by the City of Blaine <br />shall be used only in such situations which are deemed to be an <br />emergency by the Spring Lake Park/Blaine/Mounds View Fite <br />Chief. After the emergency situation has ceased to exist, the <br />connection device shall be returned to its position and no <br />further water transferred. <br />5. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be for a <br />period of one (1) year from the date first written above, and <br />on that date shall be automatically renewable for the same term <br />`` unless either party serves upon the other party a written no- <br />tice of cancellation at least one hundred eighty (180) days <br />60 <br />prior to the automatic renewal date. <br />G. The owner of the Property or its successors or assigns <br />shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the City of <br />Blaine for the design, installation, ase, maintenance and in- <br />spection of the connection device and all related equipment and <br />structures required to maintain the operational condition of <br />the connection device. In the event such charges are not time- <br />ly paid, the City of Blaine shall notify the City of Mounds <br />View in writing of such charges, which shall be paid by the <br />-3- <br />
