They had estimated the rate to <br />be 9.83%. He explained the impact of the higher <br />interest rate will mean about $10,000 less will be <br />available to the developer. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve Resolution <br />No. 2458, a7ithorizing and awarding the sala of, and <br />providing the forms, terms, covenants and directions <br />for $1,760,000 taxable general obligati•�n tax increment <br />bonds, Series 1989A, and pledging for the security <br />thereof tax increment from tax increment financing <br />District No. 3, and waive the reading. <br />4 aves 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained this ordinance <br />d B-4 zoning under Sections <br />amends the B-2, B-3 an <br />40.17 Subd.
