City Arsenal property, and waive the <br />reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner explained the Council would be meeting <br />with the Commission members and Staff this Friday <br />night to set goals and budgeting for 1990, and the <br />Council will then meet with the department heads <br />on Saturday to further work on plans. She stated <br />they first need input from residents, in addition <br />to the survey done last spring, to find out what is <br />important and what the concerns of the residents are. <br />Claudia Forsen, no address given, stated she has a <br />problem with the building code, as people are moving <br />into her neighborhood who are not keeping up their <br />yards, or have too many dogs. <br />Mayor Hankner stated she has heard a good deal about <br />that type of problem in the past few months, and many <br />people are concerned about it. She stated they <br />would need the support of the residents to have any <br />ordinance to control this within the next few years. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained three dogs are <br />not allowed without a kennel, unless they are under <br />r 1. <br />February 27, 1989 <br />Page Two <br />6.
