RESOLUTION NO. 2507 <br />CITY OF MOUND VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-89 <br />WITH KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Cone, Section 40, requires a <br />conditional use permit for the proposed restaurant requested by Kentucky <br />Fried Chicken Corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the proposed conditional use permit request which involves a <br />PUD, Planned Unit Development, and recommended approval in <br />Resolution No. 250-89; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />restaurant conditional use permit request and the recommendation action <br />of the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated <br />requirements to be included in Development Agreement No. 89-89 hereto <br />attached; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council authorizes its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 89.89 pursuant to direction found above. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this loth day of July, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
