There is <br />presently a 3-5drop-off <br />Mayor Hankner stated she was also conrcrned with tha <br />wetland, as a great deal of debris has been dumped <br />there already. She added, however, that wetland <br />alteration permits have been given in the oast to <br />build in a wetland buffer zone. <br />Councilmember Quick noted the aerial photo seems to �I <br />show the wetland was once much larger than it is <br />today. He cuestioned if pilings would be used and <br />if soil borings had been done. <br />Public Works Director Minetcr replied he. was not <br />ated they would <br />aware of any soil borings, and he stlans what their <br />have to indicate in their building p <br />plans are for construction. <br />Mayor Hankner noted this is not the first time a <br />proposal has been presented for this pieta of property, <br />and this is by far the most suitable plan to dare, <br />and the smallest. <br />Jim Cepress, owner of the property, stated soil borings <br />are on file with the City.
