The evaluation process included the review of: o Chapters 48, 49 and 49A of Mounds View Ordinance No. 319; o The "City of Mounds View Wecland Inventory" (Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District, December 1988); n The "Flood Insurance Study" prepared for the City of Mounds View (September 2, 1982); o The Everest Development LTD submittal dated April 12, 1989; The evaluation was conducted during April and May 1989. Discussion or the results from the evaluation are presented in the following paragraphs. The discussion of results includes: a brief overview of the development project with respect to wetland issues; a discussion of the development projects level of compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance; a list nt to consider for approval of the of conditions which the Council may wa developmenr rc• sal; and a summary of issues. Overview The Everest Development LTD submittal indicates that the proposed development project includes construction of a business park, a roadway, a walking trail, a Type 4 wetland, and two scormwater runoff detention basins. Construction Of the business park is proposed for an upland area located on the east side of the 1-3 wetland. Approximately 2 acres of th= business park are located within the buffer zone of the 1-3 wetland zoning district. Construction activities associated with the business park reportedly will impact 0.006 acres of the Wecland.
