The evaluation <br />process included the review of: <br />o Chapters 48, 49 and 49A of Mounds View Ordinance No. 319; <br />o The "City of Mounds View Wecland Inventory" (Ramsey County Soil and <br />Water Conservation District, December 1988); <br />n The "Flood Insurance Study" prepared for the City of Mounds <br />View (September 2, 1982); <br />o The Everest Development LTD submittal dated April 12, 1989; <br />The evaluation was conducted during April and May 1989. Discussion or <br />the results from the evaluation are presented in the following paragraphs. <br />The discussion of results includes: a brief overview of the development <br />project with respect to wetland issues; a discussion of the development <br />projects level of compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance; a list <br />nt to consider for approval of the <br />of conditions which the Council may wa <br />developmenr rc• sal; and a summary of issues. <br />Overview <br />The Everest Development LTD submittal indicates that the proposed <br />development project includes construction of a business park, a roadway, a <br />walking trail, a Type 4 wetland, and two scormwater runoff detention basins. <br />Construction Of the business park is proposed for an upland area located on <br />the east side of the 1-3 wetland. Approximately 2 acres of th= business park <br />are located within the buffer zone of the 1-3 wetland zoning district. <br />Construction activities associated with the business park reportedly will <br />impact 0.006 acres of the Wecland. <br />
