Paragraph 10 of the Agree- <br />ment has been amended to include a 180 day notice provision.i <br />Mr. Frick, Director of Engineering for Sysco, requested <br />that the contract automatically renew unless either party gives <br />six months notice. The original Agreement already provides for <br />this in Paragraph 5. <br />Please secure the necessary signatures and return one fully <br />executed copy to me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Donald G.
