W <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Hren <br />DATE: June 1, 1989 <br />46-Y <br />SUBJECT: DYNAMIC DESIGNERS WETLANDS ALTERATION PERMIT <br />Please find attached a draft copy of the proposed resolution <br />that was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission for the <br />wetlands alteration permit for the Dynamic Designers proposal. <br />Subsequent to the Planning Commission meeting, the City Engineer <br />had additional concerns on the drainage issue. At this time the <br />applicant is gathering more information for review by the City <br />Engineer.
