JLAAley iisheY Addition Construction Escrow , <br />GATEWAY <br />May 22, 1989 <br />Dear Mr. Smith: <br />RAM}EV CO UNT V, MIN NE50T4 <br />7401 HIGHWAY 10 <br />MOUNDS VIEW, MINN. 55117 <br />This office is in receipt of your letter of April 27, 1489 <br />regarding termination of the escrow arrangement for the <br />Stanley Fisher Addition. <br />ItThe City Attorney and I have reviewed your proposed <br />agreement and, except for the escrow amount for construction <br />of a wier structure on Outlot A, find it acceptable and <br />would be prepared to recommend approval of it to the City <br />Council. We would ask that the escrow amount for construc- <br />tion of the wier structure be increased to $2,000 based upon <br />estimates made by our engineering firm in 1988. The City of <br />Mounds View does not wish to assume any unnecessary <br />additicnal expenses for construction of this wier which is <br />an obligation of Mrs. Rybak. Therefore, we ask for the <br />additional $500 in the escrow acccunt.
