Doug Franklin has at least two of <br />our engineering drawings for the structure but he has never <br />given us a final quote nor indication that he will do the job; <br />accordingly it makes more sense to accept your proposal that <br />we pay the City and let them do it in the manner and time frame <br />which they desire. <br />Call if you have any questions on the enclosed. If they <br />are in order would you provide us with two executed copies and <br />we will follow up with the escrow agent and the Bank, keeping <br />you informed in that process. <br />Also, r.pon completion of the above we propose to deed Outlot <br />A to the City if they are interested in it.
