Mounds View City Counci� <br />Regular Meeting <br />0 Finance Director Brager reported that $280,000 has <br />been spent by the City in the litigation with Williams <br />Pipe Line Company, with another $30,000-50,000 in <br />legal fees and expert witness fees remaining to be <br />paid, so total expenses will be $310,000-330,000. <br />He reported the City financed the cost of litigation <br />from several sources and he reviewed the funding <br />process that was followed.
