LIONS CLUB CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br />Attached please find a memorandum from Police Chief Ramacher <br />and supporting documentation from the Mounds View Lions Club <br />regarding the Lions Club's application for a Charitable <br />Gambling License at Donatelle's. <br />The Lions Club is not renewing and has discontinued their <br />Lnalrtable Gambling artiv:tice at Refer.'^ Off 10 due to a <br />conflict with the owner and has made arrangements with Ed <br />Donatelle to operate a charitable gambling activity at <br />Donatelle's Supper Club. <br />The Lions Club has requested that the City send a letter to <br />the Charitable Gambling Board indicating that the applica- <br />tion is acceptable and waiving the 60 day waiting period as <br />established by the rules of the Charitable Gambling Boar' <br />Your direction in this matter would be greatly appreciated. <br />® DFP%MJ5 <br />t <br />
