Mounds View City Council Regular Meeting Attorney Karney advised that after checking Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 05, that after 30 days the Judge would be required to write a letter to the Council for a time extension to go beyond the 30 days. He added he could see no other requirements, other than being a resident. He stated the time for making appoint- ments had passed, and the Council could make a decision on their own, and he offered to convey that in writing to the Judge. Clerk/Administrator Pauley suggested the Council con- vey their concerns to the Judge and ask for his response.
