MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 28, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: MANAGEMENT AUDIT FOLLOW-UP PROPOSAL <br />Attached please find a proposal from the Government Training <br />Service for follow-up by Barb Arney and John Vinton to the <br />City's Management Audit. The proposal includes the following <br />items: <br />ment <br />1. Team plus building travel expenses and $50 00 forr Meyers -Briggs Briggs <br />typed instrument and video rental. <br />2. Follow-up sessions with Parks and Recreation and Public <br />Works Departments $625.00 plus travel expenses. <br />3. Follow-up sessions with the City Council to review team <br />building program and conduct City Administrator <br />evaluations $625.00 plus travel expenses. <br />The total cost for all items proposed is $4,100.00 plus travel <br />expenses. The City of Mounds View will also bo responsible <br />for any facility, refreshment and audio visual rentals <br />necessary. Since the team building for the Finance Department <br />is proposed to occur off -site some rental expenses will be <br />necessary to obtain appropriate facilities for conducting <br />these sessions as well as refreshments and audio visual <br />rental.
