Mayor Hankner <br />not they would be listed in the minutes. <br />The Council recessed at 9:15 and called back to order <br />at 9:22 PM. <br />Ms. Hren advised the cities of Mounds View, Arden <br />Hills and New Brighton had agreed to <br />11.
