989 <br />Mounds view City Council July 10, Regular Meeting -- Page Thirteen <br />Mayor Hankner reported on the meeting held with some Mayor Hankner <br />members of the School Board a.id school district earlier <br />in the day, concerning Everest Development. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the School Board <br />will take up the issue of the wetlandimprovement at <br />their August 10 meeting. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to direct Staff to <br />p ace the Mounds view Business Park South on the <br />agenda for July 24 and direct Staff to send notices <br />out to the property owners, for consideration of the <br />woodale extension. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Bankner reported she would be meeting with the <br />mayors of Arden Hills, Shoreview and New Brighton <br />Thursday morning. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Everest Develop- 32. Report of <br />ment has requested City approval of assumption of Clerk/ <br />responsibility of their property. Administrator <br />( Motion/Second: Paone/Quori to authorize the Mayor <br />and C er Administrator to enter into an assignment <br />assumption and consent relative to Taco John's <br />assumption of Everest Development's obligation for <br />development of the restaurant site. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mr. Mielke reported on the light rail transit meeting <br />he had attended. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to adjourn the meeting at 33.
