jN <br />0 <br />The levy and the Truth -In -Taxation requirements will likely <br />change if a special session of the legislature is called and <br />new tax bill is passed. <br />A proposed resolution with staff's recommendation is being <br />prepared for the Council Meeting and will be distributed at the <br />Meetinc_. Should Council wish to chango the preliminary proposed <br />levy a new resolution will be prepared. In order to meet <br />provisions of the Truth -In -Taxation law a preliminary proposed <br />levy should be certified to Ramsey County to meet the August 1 <br />deadline. <br />DS/DS <br />Attachment <br />
