She added the wetland . <br />important, and it is not functioning in the way it <br />should be. <br />Councilmember Blanchard pointed out the residents by <br />Quincy street had the same problems and concerns at <br />the time their street expansion was proposed, but <br />those people have come to find their fears have not <br />been realized. <br />Council.member Wuori pointed out disconnected sections <br />of streets create more problems than anything, and it <br />is very important to get emergency vehicles through <br />Without delay.
