Large picnic shelter with water, sewer and electricity . the Commission strongly <br />stated that this was of the utmost importance to the usability of the park and <br />that the installation of the water, sewer and electricity should coincide with the <br />construction of the picnic shelter. <br />2. Play equipment with accessibility for walking impaired persons. <br />3. Twin sand volleyball court. <br />4. Horseshoe pits. <br />5. Bituminous pathway around the upper portion, of the park, connecting activity <br />areas. <br />6. Water fountain near athletic fields. <br />Gazebo type construction near softball fields. <br />8. Bleachers for soccer field and softball field spectators. <br />9. Softball field scoreboard. <br />10. Additional picnic tables and grills. <br />11. Bike racks, trash care. <br />13. Pond management program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Parks and <br />Recreation Commission attempts to promote park improvements for Silver View Park <br />whenever opportunities are presented; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these plans may change as <br />circumstances change; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />presents this improvement plan for Silver View Park; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this plan is presented without total <br />binding sources; and <br />
