If a new fence is to be installed, it should be chain link to <br />provide the least required maintenance. If the property owners <br />desire wood fencing, an agreement should be drafted requiring <br />them to maintain and replace the fence as needed. The path can be <br />patched and resurfaced after removing the existing fence and <br />prior to installing the new fence. <br />At this time we are asking for council's direction in this <br />matter. <br />V <br />
