Mounds View City Council UNAPPROVEDPageAuguat 1989 <br />Regular Meeting Nine <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he had been asked <br />by the Ramsey County Court to obtain the signature of <br />acceptance and oath from the two new appointees to tte <br />Charter Commission, and while he has received the docu- <br />ments back from one, he has not received them back from <br />the other individual after several attempts. He stated <br />he will send another certified letter, stating that if <br />there is no response, Ramsey County will begin the <br />process over to select another individual. <br />Attorney Karney clarified that the oath must be filed. <br />There being no further business, Mayor Hankner <br />adjourned the meetng at 9:12 PM. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Donald F.
