The site is located at 2575 <br />Highway 10. The site is zoned B-2, Limited Business District. <br />Governmental and public utility buildings and structures <br />necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the �- <br />community are allowed by conditional use permit in a B-2 <br />District. Section 40.17, Subd. D(1), outlines the criteria that <br />must be met for this particular conditional use and they are as <br />follows: <br />A. Conformity with surrounding neighborhood is maintained and <br />required setbacks and sideyard requirements are met. <br />B. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure <br />with no outside storage. <br />C. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping <br />is provided in accordance with Section. 40.04, Subd. H, of <br />this Code. <br />D. The provisions of Section 40.25, Subd.
