RESOLUTION NO. 2535 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW. <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS FOR THE RA14SEY COUNTY LIBRARY <br />LOCATED AT 2575 MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 277-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and City <br />Council have reviewed the development plans for the Mounds View <br />Library to be located at 2575 Mounds View Drive, legally known as <br />Silver Lake Woods, Block 12, Lot 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />determined that the development plans are consistent with the <br />development intentions for Highway 10 in Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the site plans meet all minimum requirements <br />outlined in Chapter 40 of the City Code (Zoning Ordinance); and <br />WHEREAS, the project requires a permit from the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permit and <br />development site plans for the proposed Mounds View Library to be <br />located at 2575 Highway 10. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 25th day of September, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />04 <br />10 <br />
