RESOLUTION NO. 2538 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT <br />FOR SUPERAMERICA TO PERFORM WORK IN A WETLAND BUFFER <br />AREA AT 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 279-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />development request for a wetland alteration permit to allow <br />replacement of the building mansard, replacement of the face of <br />the free-standing sign, upgrade the parking lot and upgrade the <br />landscaping on the site; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />possibility of installing gas pumps at this site; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has been informed that the City did <br />not desire gas pumps at this location; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant indicated to the City that there is <br />no intent to pursue the installation of gas pumps at this <br />location. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the wetland alteration permit to <br />allow the upgrade changes in the wetland buffer zone including <br />replacement of the building mansard, replacement of the face of <br />the free-standing sign, upgrade the parking lot, and upgrade the <br />landscaping at 7295 Silver Lake Road. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 25th day of September, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />L] <br />
