i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 264-89 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A WETLAND ALTERATION <br />PERMIT FOR SUPERAMERICA TO PERFORM WORK IN A WETLAND BUFFER <br />AREA AT 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 279-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the development request for a wetland alteration permit to allow <br />replacement of the building mansard, replacement of the face of <br />the free-standing sign, upgrade the parking lot and upgrade the <br />landscaping on the site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission discussed the potential <br />possibility of installing gas pumps at this site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission informed the applicant <br />the City did not desire gas pumps at this location; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant indicated to the City that there is <br />no intent to pursue the installation of gas pumps at this <br />location. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commis- <br />sion of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City Council <br />approval of the wetland alteration permit to allow the upgrade <br />changes in the wetland buffer zone including replacement of the <br />building mansard, replacement of the face of the free-standing <br />sign, upgrade the parking lot, and upgrade the landscaping at <br />7295 Silver Lake Road. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 6th day of September, 1989. <br />Chairman <br />City Planner <br />
