RESOLUTION NO. 266-89 <br />PAGE TWO <br />2. The proposed changes recommended by the City Forester, <br />as outlined in a memo dated September 15, 1989, are <br />complied with. <br />3. The addition of berming along Mounds View Drive, <br />submission of a lighting plan and submission of a sign <br />plan. <br />4.
