The county is <br />indicating that the reconstruction of old Highway 8 is sceduled <br />for 1994 and that we are the responsible agency for initiating <br />construction of a bicycle facility. <br />I would recommend that we consider the construction of a bicycle <br />facility in conjunction with the reconstruction of Old Highway S. <br />Further, I recommend that the issue of continuation of this <br />proposed bicycle facility be considered at the same time.
