A copy of the Assessment of Environmental <br />Effects relating to construction projects on Anoka County -Blaine is enclosed <br />for your review. <br />Comments concerning the 1990-1996 Capital Improvement Program involving Anoka <br />County -Blaine Airport can be given at a public hearing to be held on October 17, <br />1989, at 7:00 pm at the MAC General Offices, 6040 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, <br />MN 55450 or in writing to the Metropolitan Airports Commission at the above <br />mentioned address.
