Attached please find a memorandum from City <br />Engineer, Ric Minetor, copy attached, outlining his proposed <br />job duties for this position. i have reviewed the proposed <br />list of job duties and find it to be complete with respect <br />to previous discussions that have occurred regarding this <br />position.
