r"", <br />.2. <br />6. TIME OF DELIVERY <br />The bidder will supply a five (5) work day delivery to the City of Mounds View <br />upon receipt of the camera-ready copy. <br />7. LATE CHARGE <br />The bidder shall be assessed a penalty of $100 per day for each day after the <br />newsletter is not completed and delivered to the City Hall after the five (5) <br />work day period. <br />8. COPY VARIANCE <br />The City of Mounds View will provide camera-ready copy with some exceptions <br />such as half -tones, photographs, graphs, etc. Each bidder should bid his costs <br />for these additional senices beyond the price/page on the form provided. <br />9. COPY CHANGES <br />The City of Mounds View will assume financial responsibility for any copy <br />changes or corrections that are requested by the City. <br />10.
