C(3), indicates that a platted lot or <br />parcel of land of record on or prior to May 9, 1960, which does <br />not meet the requirements of this Code as to area, width, or <br />other open space may, if it is properly zoned, be utilized for <br />single family detached dwelling purposes provided the <br />measurements of such area with their open space are within 70 <br />percent of the requirement under the terms of this Code, but said <br />lot or parcel shall not be more intensively developed.
