Call to <br />Mayor Hankner at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 13, Order <br />1989. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Paone, Wuori, Quick, <br />Blanchard and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Administra- <br />tor Pauley and City Planner Hren. <br />f Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the October <br />" 23, 1989 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Notion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the October <br />30, 1989 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />2. Residents <br />from residents who live along Hillview Road, across Requests and <br />the street from the apartments, who are concerned Comments from <br />that the four plexes are getting run down, junk cars the Floor <br />are in the area, and the behavior of the residents <br />who live there. <br />Lou Bedbury, 2084 Hillview Road, stated he has lived <br />in the neighborhood for 39 years, and he is concerned <br />with the garbage and general state of conditions. <br />Warren Hertenstein, 2102 Hillview Road, stated garbage <br />blows around, the appearance is bad, people do not <br />take care of their children, and they are left un- <br />attended to play in the street. <br />Mr. Tischler, 2126 Hillview Road, stated they are <br />four plexes, but have five mail boxes.
