RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH MOUNDS VIEW <br />Agreement between <br />the County of Ramsey <br />and the City of Mounds View <br />Re: County Road J (CSAH 1) <br />T.H. 65 TO I-35W Reconstruction <br />From a point approximately <br />1500 feet west of the N.W. <br />corner of Section 6, <br />T 30 N, R 23 W to a point <br />approximately 53.5 feet east <br />of the N.E. corner of <br />Section 4, T 30 N, R 23 W. <br />Agreement 90022 <br />47429 S.A.P. 62-601-04 <br />S.A.P. 02-632-06 <br />S.A.P. 146-020-04 <br />Estimated Amount Receivable: <br />MSA Funds <br />Roadway <br />Storm Sewer <br />Total <br />THIS AGREEMENT, by and between City of Mounds View, Minnesota, a <br />municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City," and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "County"; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the County and the City desire to construct and rebuild <br />County Road J (County State Aid Highway 1) from a point approximately <br />1500 feet west of the Northwest Corner of Section 6, T 30 N, R 23 W <br />to a point approximately 53.5 feet east to the Northeast Corner of <br />Section 4, T 30 N, R 23 W; and <br />WHEREAS, that portion of County Road J lying north of the <br />section lines is in Anoka County; and <br />WHEREAS, that portion of County Road J lying south of the <br />section line from the West County Line to Coral Sea Street Northwest <br />is in the City and the County; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has a separate agreement with Anoka County <br />for that portion of the work in Anoka County; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has a separate agreement with the City of <br />Blaine for that portion of the work in Blaine; and <br />WHEREAS, this road project has been designated by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation as eligible for certain construction <br />costs reimbursement from the County State Aid Highway funds for work <br />in the County and identified as S.A.P. 62-601-04; and <br />90022-1 <br />
